A new device should feel like an upgrade, not a project. I handle the data transfer, Apple ID, iCloud, and security configuration — so everything works correctly from day one.

What's Included
A proper setup covers everything the box doesn't — transferring your life from an old device, making sure your accounts are secure, and configuring the features you'll actually use every day.
Photos, contacts, messages, and apps moved safely from your old iPhone or iPad. Nothing gets left behind, nothing gets duplicated.
Recover or verify your Apple ID, configure iCloud backup and storage, and confirm all your purchased apps and media carry over.
Reconnect Gmail, Comcast, Outlook, and any other accounts so messages, calendars, and contacts sync the way you expect.
Face ID, a strong passcode, two-factor authentication, and privacy settings — configured correctly before the device leaves my hands.
iCloud backup enabled and verified, so your new device is protected from the moment you start using it.
A calm walkthrough of the features that matter to you — no jargon, no rushing, no making you feel like you should already know this.
The Process
Every setup session follows the same structured approach. It typically takes 90 minutes to two hours, done in your home at your pace.
We start with your existing device — confirming your Apple ID, checking iCloud backup status, and making sure everything is ready to transfer. Catching issues before the switch saves significant time and frustration.
Data moves from old device to new — photos, contacts, messages, apps. Then accounts are reconnected, security is configured, and the device is set up to reflect how you actually use it.
We go through each category together — photos, email, contacts, apps — and confirm everything made the transition correctly. Nothing is left assumed.
The session ends with a walkthrough of whatever you want to understand — new features, settings, or just confidence that the device is yours and working. Questions are welcome, always.
Who This Helps
Device setups come with more complexity than Apple's box suggests. These are the households that benefit most from having a professional handle it.
A gift from family, an upgrade, or a replacement after a lost or broken device. Getting the setup right — and having someone patient to explain it — makes all the difference.
You're doing your best remotely or during a visit — but an in-person professional with the time to do it right is often what's actually needed.
When iPhones, iPads, and Macs need to work together seamlessly — Family Sharing, shared calendars, iCloud storage — the configuration matters.
If your last iPhone was a 6 or 8, a lot has changed. A proper onboarding makes the transition feel smooth rather than overwhelming.
My background started at Apple — I was a campus representative at UNH, working directly within Apple's ecosystem before the first iPhone existed. That foundation, combined with over a decade of in-home work across Monmouth County, means I've seen every setup scenario there is. Nothing about your device will surprise me.

I've set up hundreds of iPhones and iPads in living rooms and kitchens across Monmouth County. The goal is always the same: leave with a device that feels intuitive, is properly secured, and has nothing important missing.
I work at $100/hour with no upsells, no service contracts, and no pressure. One session is usually all it takes.
